Senior citizen members aged above 70 years will be offered complimentary registration; however, completing registration is mandatory for them.
*The above fee is inclusive of 18% GST.
Registration Guidelines:
- All Faculties & Delegates members must register for the Conference.
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch & dinner.
- Provide us with your updated email address & mobile number, as it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
- Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- PG Students need Certificate from the HOD.
Cancellation Policy:
- Requests for Cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the.
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations, if cancellation is done till 31st May 2025.
- 25% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations, if cancellation is done till 30th June 2025.
- No refund will be made for the requests sent after 1st July 2025.
- GST / bank charges/ online charges will be non-refundable.
- Registration is not transferable.
